Portfolio Assessment Program
Portfolio Assessment Program
Thomas Edison State University has received a grant from the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education in New Jersey to make available scholarships for all New Jersey students to engage in Prior Learning Assessment through TESU’s Portfolio Assessment Program.
Via a First-Come/First-Serve model, TESU is proud to announce that there is over $200,000 in available scholarships for students at any New Jersey College or University to leverage toward their degree completion pursuits.
New Jersey Students may utilize scholarship funds to enroll, as a non-matriculating student at TESU, engaged in PLA 101 – Portfolio Assessment Course, and earn up to 15 credits of prior learning. Upon successful completion, TESU will transcript the students’ earned credit and students may transfer this credit to their home institution if allowed/applicable toward their degree. We do suggest that students connect TESU to their home school to ensure transfer is possible prior to enrolling in PLA 101 at TESU.
This First-Come/First Serve scholarship opportunity will fully fund the cost of the PLA 101 – Portfolio Assessment Course and TESU’s $50.00 application fee.
